10/10
Kids had plenty of room to play and things to do, and the whole place felt safe and comfortable for our family. The rooms were neat, the facilities were good for the price, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We had a really nice stay.

The staff were rude at times, and getting towels was frustrating because they kept disconnecting the calls. The bedsheets smelled bad, too. We had booked buffet breakfast, but they said there weren't enough guests and served only some poori instead. I wouldn't book this resort again. There are plenty of better options.

We were meant to check in at 12:00, but they kept us waiting until 1:00. The staff seemed completely disorganized, with no sense of timing, and it was really disappointing. Please don't waste your money here.

6/10
The staff response was poor, and the room itself wasn't in good shape. The toilets were badly maintained, the flush didn't work, the heaters were out of order, and the bedsheets were dirty. A very bad experience.

The place has nice greenery, but there's nothing to do in terms of games, and the pool area wasn't clean. The staff were arrogant, and it wasn't worth the money. Seems better suited to marriage functions than a day out. I wouldn't bring my family.
