A horrible experience. The person at the desk claimed this was an officers club under DC Latur, not a hotel, and told me to cancel my online booking so he could give me a room directly, citing reasons that seemed wrong. There was no lobby or four-star check-in, just a table where you had to stand. He didn’t even take the courtesy to look at my booking. When I refused to cancel, he denied me a room and behaved so badly that I broke down and left. It isn’t a hotel, let alone a four-star one.

The rooms seemed okay at first glance, but basic things barely worked: warm water lasted only 2-3 minutes, the toilet flush flooded the bathroom, and the WiFi was practically useless. The gym was the worst part. It opens at 6am with extremely loud techno music that carries through the whole building up to the second floor, disturbing the night's rest of anyone who isn't already completely deaf. The staff don't have basic English, so discussions are useless. Hopefully they translate this review and fix these issues. The building feels like construction stopped at 80% when the money ran out. Open electrical wires stick out of walls where lamps or whatever was meant to be there were never installed. The interior design is missing, and what little there is is starting to fall apart. The rooms are clean by Indian standards and the bed is somewhat comfortable, which earns two stars. More like a lost place than a hotel. Avoid if you can.

The rooms are spacious and it’s a good property, but housekeeping is pathetic. They threw away my glasses cover just because there were no glasses in it. Management should replace the hospitality contractor immediately.

The atmosphere is great, the rooms are good, and it’s easy to reach from Latur city. Staff behavior and service are excellent. As far as I know, this is the only hotel offering a gym and swimming pool.
