The Waterfront Shaw Lavasa Hotel

We had a lovely stay at The Waterfront Shaw, Lavasa. The lakeside dining was a highlight, and there are also a promenade and cycling trails nearby. It felt peaceful and worked well as a relaxing break or romantic escape. The staff were courteous, quick to help, and always greeted our requests warmly. Our room was spacious and well kept, with a working kitchenette, cozy bedding, and a private balcony where we could have morning tea. The location beside Warasgaon Lake is hard to beat. Waking up to the still water and misty hills felt like a postcard. It’s a comfortable, luxurious place surrounded by nature, and one I’d recommend.

It’s a peaceful place, but most of the few eateries are closed. The drive from pune takes two hours. The area feels abandoned, so bring your own food.

The staff were warm and considerate, always ready to help without getting in the way. Little touches like the soft linens and walks by the lake added to the relaxed feel, and our spacious room was very clean, with a balcony and lovely views. The quiet lake, birdsong, and misty hills made mornings feel almost unreal. Waterfront Shaw is elegant and calm, a lovely place for fresh air and a peaceful break. I didn’t want to leave, and I’ll definitely return.

The Waterfront Show is a lovely evening stop in Lavasa. Colorful lights and music play against the lake, and the reflections make it especially charming at night. It’s well organized and short enough to stay enjoyable. Families, couples, or solo visitors can all enjoy a peaceful but entertaining evening here. Grab a coffee from one of the nearby cafés and watch in the cool breeze. Highly recommended.
