The owner, Mr. Shabbir Bhai, is a genuinely nice and gentle person, and the staff provided excellent service. We spent three days here and had a really awesome stay. I’d recommend it to others looking for a smooth, enjoyable trip.
The people here made our trip memorable. Sabbir Bhai was kind, humble, and always ready to help, taking care of things with a smile and treating us like family. Everyone was polite and helpful, and we felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for its wonderful staff.
The reception guy was polite and cooperative, and they arranged a taxi to the airport. Our room was good and had all the amenities. It’s just off Old Fort Road, fairly central, and about a 15-minute walk to the main market. I booked through Goibibo at a very good rate with breakfast included, though I couldn’t understand why the reception hadn’t registered the booking online, so Goibibo showed me as not checked in. Breakfast was quite limited, with poha, bread, jam, butter, and tea. Still, a very good hotel for a reasonable price.
The food was very good, especially the allu zeera with rice, which is worth trying. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly with guests. I had a wonderful stay at hotel eco exotic, with a comfortable property and enjoyable atmosphere. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting leh ladakh.
The rooms were very cold and had no ventilation, and the food was bad. Customer service was absent. Instead of helping, the owner made the stay awful and said no to anything we asked for. The worst experience ever.
