The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, and this guesthouse has no proper parking. Prices are like a 3-star hotel, but the facilities are nowhere close. They don't even provide soap or shampoo. This is a guesthouse, not a hotel, and the staff are rude and arrogant, with no proper responses or room delivery service. I wouldn't book even for 500 Rs a night. Completely awful.

The staff were good and cooperative, and having car parking was a plus. But the room had no valley view and no windows, and they refused my request to change it. The wooden cabinet was broken and hanging in the air, where it could fall on children. It was unclean and smelled foul. The hotel is 2 km from mall road and naini lake. Overall, I wouldn't suggest it for families.

Alert, this is a scam going on! I had a very disappointing Agoda booking. The pictures were misleading and didn't reflect the actual condition of the property. Cleanliness, amenities, and overall standards were far below what was advertised. Customers rely on these listings to make informed choices, so false or outdated images are irresponsible and violate trust and basic service expectations. Be cautious before booking this property.

The hotel was extremely dirty and smelly. The place felt outdated and unhygienic. Gorromgo is a very pathetic site for booking hotels, and I would never use it.

The room was tiny, not spacious or family friendly, and my bathroom was bigger than the room. It was dirty, with no cleanliness, and they charged me much more. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't book through goroomgo, they changed my room booking at the last minute.
