The balcony views were a real highlight, especially waking up to the mountains. The heated bed also made a big difference in the cold, and the room had the basics I needed, including hot water, WiFi and comfortable bedding. It was spacious, clean and well kept. The staff were polite, helpful and warm, and the food was fresh and good. Hotel Hill Top Heaven is close to Leh Palace, so it’s handy for exploring and taking in the mountain and city views. It’s listed as a 2 star hotel, but it felt more like a 3 star to me based on the comfort, cleanliness and service. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Leh who wants a comfortable stay and friendly hospitality.

The food was amazing, and the cook had a huge variety. The rooms were modern and gorgeous, with bed warmers, a big bathroom and a balcony. The owners also let us leave our private car with them for three days while we hired a local cab. Five stars for them.

Sohail bhai was humble, cooperative and really nice. He helped us feel comfortable and gave us guidance. The staff were quick, kind, helpful and caring. We’ll definitely visit again.

The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to help, and the tea and coffee supplies plus the bed-warming setup made things especially comfortable. Meals were good at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel was clean and well equipped, and conveniently close to Leh Palace. We enjoyed it more than we expected.

Meals were a real pleasure after long days sightseeing in Leh’s rugged, high-altitude surroundings, with plenty of choice and generous portions. We also loved the mountain views from the rooms, especially first thing in the morning. Hotel Hill Top Heaven was close to Leh Palace, and the clean, comfortable rooms and attentive service made it feel like home.
