The quiet setting made for a peaceful stay from 25-28th April 2026. Staff were courteous, and both the rooms and washrooms were clean and had what we needed. There’s a garden, pool table, carrom, and other things at the property. Food was good, though portions of the same dishes varied, and the kitchen service could improve. Room ventilation could be better too.

I spent 03 nights at this property, but the experience fell short. The linen was old and below standard, and the location didn't justify the price, so it felt like poor value. Staff came across as unprofessional, which added to the disappointment. The property didn't reflect the quality and standards I associate with Mahindra. The tie-up may be worth reviewing to protect those brand standards.

Our room was such a cozy, comfortable place to relax, and the location worked well while still feeling peaceful. What really made our stay at The Driftwood Resort was the staff and hospitality, which were spot on the whole visit. I'd highly recommend it for a charming, restful stay with warm service.

Lovely views and good food made for a very comfortable stay, and timely snowfall added to it. Everyone on the hotel team was helpful, from reception and the travel planner to the restaurant staff, and they served with a smile. They helped with tour planning and made oxygen available when we needed it.

For anyone wanting a quiet retreat away from the main city's hubbub, The Driftwood is a great choice. We found the staff hospitable and courteous, especially Mr. Mahesh, Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Santosh. Mr Gulati also deserves our thanks for sorting out the itinerary so patiently despite our countless questions.
