Cafe 24 had a decent breakfast spread with lots of tasty choices, but the service there was consistently inattentive. On all three visits, the waiters were huddled together and didn’t seem to notice what guests needed. No one told us where the breakfast buffet was, so when we were seated outdoors, we didn’t realize there was more food inside. The service didn’t meet five-star expectations and needs a lot of improvement. The rest of our two-night stay at Camp Della left us with mixed feelings. The glamping rooms were beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location, with flowers everywhere. Room service was prompt, and the car service to and from the main resort worked well. The dog walk, horses, and other offerings delighted the kids. We skipped the adventure park because we had two small children. We ate at Cafe 24, parsi dhaba, and villa bistro. The food was great at all three, and the quality and atmosphere were lovely. The waiting staff at villa bistro deserve a special mention for going above and beyond for us.

Villa Bistro’s wood-fire pizza was the yummiest I’ve ever had, and dinner at Parsi Dhaba was tasty too. Breakfast at Cafe 24 was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the resort has six restaurants to choose from. We booked two Garden Villa Suites for a family vacation, and they were spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. Having a private garden attached made the stay even more relaxing. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, and has plenty to explore. I tried cycling and horse riding, which made the trip more memorable.

The property is stunning, and we had a lovely stay with our kid. The staff were courteous and helpful. I’d have liked more variety on the dinner menu, though. We’ll surely come back in another season.

Della has a strong identity and legacy. The architecture, cultural character, curated experiences, and adventure activities show years of thoughtful brand building. Its blend of experiential luxury, ethnicity, and bold design makes the property and concept feel distinctive. My experience with the PR and marketing communication, especially with the new PR /Marketing Head, Ms. Ruchi , was extremely disappointing. Her way of interacting and her marketing approach felt rigid and unprofessional, with little empathy for guests. The communication was unclear and didn’t match the premium image Della promotes. A brand built on authenticity and heritage needs its public relations team to show the same respect, warmth, and professionalism. If Ms. Ruchi’s PR leadership doesn’t improve her interaction skills, communication strategy, and guest-centered marketing, it could seriously affect Della’s legacy and future reputation. Strong legacy brands also need emotionally intelligent leadership in marketing and PR to maintain growth and trust.

I really enjoyed the spa, and the resort’s facilities and ambiance were delightful. Della Resorts gave me a fantastic getaway, and I’d highly recommend it.
