EL House by Vista Rooms

The design and space at El House are good, but upkeep was almost nonexistent. The house has a rustic look and feel, so it can seem unclean even when it isn't, but this place really was dirty. It has aged and nothing seems to be done about it. The cleaning team did a pathetic job. At check-in we found rolls of hair and loose packets of supari / mouth fresher lying around. Even the “fresh” towels had hair on them. There were no wardrobes in the bedrooms, and not enough hooks or hangers for clothes. Electrical wires were hanging in the bathroom. Dead insects were in the corners and stuck on webbings on the ceiling. The open pool having leaves and insects is understandable, but moss all over the tiles wasn't expected. This was our first stay at El House, and maybe our last. In its current state, it seems best suited to people looking for a cheap bungalow to party and who don't care about cleanliness or hygiene, or are too out of their senses to notice the condition. I hope people read this before booking through any platform. Ask them for a current video or do a video call from the property. We got scammed. Hope you don't.

A relaxing stay with an amazing view. The property was nice, and it could stay up to 2 days. Overall, a good experience.

The gardens were beautifully landscaped, and the facilities were immaculate. I recently stayed at The El House Villa and found the rooms spacious, aesthetic, and equipped with what we needed for a comfortable stay. The whole property was stunning, and the pool and dining areas were well maintained, adding to the luxurious feel. Service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive and always available, going above and beyond to help. The owner was especially good and cooperative, ready to assist with any needs or questions, and their hospitality added a personal touch. I highly recommend El House Villa for a relaxing, luxurious getaway. It's a hidden gem, and I look forward to returning.

Saif, our personal butler, really made the stay special, and the caretaker was so warm and welcoming. The rooms, pool, and lawn were all beautiful and spotless. The villa facilities were beyond what I expected. I’d love to come back.
