We were here for two days for our daughter's first birthday, and it was a lovely experience. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, and they even gave us a complimentary cake, which was a nice touch. It's five minutes from the station.

The location was a big plus for our family, right by Lonavala's main market where you can get everything. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and its wide variety, and Veggies was really nice for Chinese and fast food. There are three restaurants, plus a gym and yoga room. The resort also has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, water park with slides, game room, spa, and massage center. There are ample facilities, and everything was top notch. We had a great time here. I think it's the best resort around, a must visit.

The staff across the property were friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Housekeeping was prompt and kept things very clean. The in-house restaurant was another highlight: breakfast was included and had a great variety, and both lunch and dinner were delicious and good quality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cosy, just right for relaxing. Meritas Picaddle Resort in Lonavala is a beautiful, well-maintained place with plenty of amenities, so you can relax without needing to go out. The atmosphere was pleasant throughout. For the quality and service, the price felt absolutely worth it. It's an ideal family weekend getaway, and we'd happily return. Highly recommended if you're looking to unwind in Lonavala.

Surrounded by greenery, Meritas Picaddle Resort, Lonavala felt peaceful and relaxing. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and we had a wonderful stay. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, and service was smooth. The food was good, and the atmosphere worked perfectly for a short getaway with friends or family. We'd definitely recommend it and would love to visit again.

The breakfast had good variety and quality, and the property had a pleasant ambience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Some staff were patient and cooperative. Even though we arrived on time, our room was assigned 1-1.5 hours after the scheduled check-in. At breakfast, staff kept rushing guests because seating was limited, which affected the dining experience. It was a good experience overall, with those drawbacks.
