After checking out, OYO called me several times to explain why I wouldn't get a refund. I paid nearly 2500 per night for a room that I felt wasn't worth more than 1000. The other hotel I moved to cost 1500 and was far better. I arrived around 10 pm and had no choice but to stay one night; even then, I had a hard time convincing OYO about the problems and had to pay a cancellation fee. Their policy of checking with the ground team and then the hotel means you can be denied a refund if the hotel says you aren't telling the truth. That's very poor customer care. I left the property early because the noise and the lack of basics made the night miserable. After I checked in, slept around 11:30, and woke to boys banging on my door at 12:30 am because they'd mistaken it for theirs, they apologized but then played loud music and talked and sang around 1:30. I called the hotel manager, Ashish, who said he'd send someone to stop it, but that took nearly an hour. I didn't sleep that night. The next morning, I called about the missing bathroom essentials, but his phone was switched off and stayed that way. OYO told me to wait until 9 am to contact the property manager and promised a resolution call. I found that unacceptable and checked out. The room was in poor condition, with badly maintained beds and very dirty linen. Black mold was growing on the pillows, and the bathrooms were filthy, with yellow marks and pan stains on the walls. There were no towels or soap. The caretaker said OYO didn't supply towels, though he found me a small soap. There were no rules or guidelines for guests, either. The property is very close to a railway line, so avoid it if that would bother you. I'm not sure how it got a three-star rating here. It doesn't deserve one; maybe fake profiles are posting positive reviews. For a bachelor it might be acceptable, but I certainly wouldn't stay here with family. OYO talks up its customer service, hotels, and rates, but this was a poor experience.

Call Oyo and ask them to get someone from the hotel on the phone for directions. Google Maps took us to a dead end, and we wasted an hour trying to find the place. Nobody nearby had heard of an Oyo hotel, and there was no Oyo sign. Also, there's no hotel under this name: the actual resort is called 'One O Five Resort'. Oyo has taken some rooms and sells them as a hotel. It's a large, spread-out place with lots of greenery, and it seems quite old. The main problem was cleanliness. Our rooms weren't properly cleaned, and we later realized the sheets mostly hadn't been changed.

Amit was quick to help us with everything we needed after we booked the whole villa through Oyo. We could walk to the highway, so getting around wasn't an issue. The villa was surrounded by trees, with fresh air and a really nice view.

We booked through Make My Trip, and the hotel was shabby and overpriced on the weekend. None of the three rooms they showed us had a decent toilet. Pipes were leaking, the Jet spray didn't work, spider webs were everywhere, and the curtains had fungus. I'd say don't visit.
