Montana Blues Resort By Snow City

The garden is lovely, and from the balcony you get a mesmerizing look at the snow-covered mountains. There's an apple garden outside the hotel too, which should be even more attractive when the season starts. We enjoyed the bonfire, and the breakfast selection was quite good. I stayed at Montana Blues Resort, Manali for 3 days. The rooms were spacious, neat and well maintained, room service was prompt throughout, and the food came hot and tasted good. The heated ac kept us from feeling cold. It was a comfortable visit, and I'd recommend the resort to families, couples and kids.

The breakfast was the worst part of our stay. The bhaturas were oily, flat and bad tasting, and they wouldn't serve even one paneer paratha without an extra charge. As a non- eggatrain, I had almost nothing to choose from and ended up eating bread, which I normally avoid. The dal and rice from room service weren't good either, though the starters were satisfactory. When I asked if they could heat my outside food, I was told I had to order something from the hotel first. That felt unwelcoming. Our room wasn't fully ready when we arrived, and basic items like shampoo, a dental kit and toiletries were missing. I'd checked beforehand whether I should bring shampoo and moisturizer myself. They gave us only a 1-rupee shampoo sachet, with no moisturizer. There was no hair dryer in the washroom either, which was inconvenient in Manali's extreme cold, and I had to ask for one. The staff were just okay, neither especially helpful nor rude, apart from DC, who was polite and always smiling. I regret choosing Montana Blues Snowview Hotel, Manali. I won't stay here again or recommend it for a comfortable family holiday. It might suit someone on a tight budget, but otherwise I'd strongly suggest avoiding it.

The staff made the stay especially nice. They were compassionate, cooperative and willing to adjust to our requests, and their warm hospitality made us feel cared for. They even helped with decorations and arrangements for my son's 7th birthday, which meant a lot to our family. The food was excellent throughout. Montana Blue Snow City in Manali was clean and the rooms were well maintained, making for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We did share a few minor areas for improvement with the staff, but we'd still recommend the resort to anyone visiting Manali.

The location is quiet but well connected, good for relaxing or exploring Manali. I recently stayed at Montana Blue, Manali, and found the rooms comfortable, elegant and well maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable, especially in the washrooms and bedding. It felt calm and professionally managed, with the hygiene and personal warmth I want in a mountain stay. I'd highly recommend it for a premium, hassle-free visit, and would choose it again.
