Country Inn Suites By Migrolino

I wouldn't choose this place for a family stay. Country Inn by Migrolino is in DLF My Pad highrisebuilding, Lucknow, but it's really rooms in a high-rise building rather than a hotel. The rooms are on the 6th floor, while the hotel operates from an office on the 10th. What I found didn't match the pictures: the rooms are quite small, around 1BHK size, and don't have basic facilities. Cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the bedsheets weren't properly maintained. My experience was disappointing. Check genuine reviews before booking.

There was a TV in the room, but no remote, and the fridge didn't work. Calling room service meant waiting at least 30 minutes for a response. The staff weren't helpful, either. The room was poorly maintained, and the facilities advertised during booking were misleading. WiFi was promised but unavailable. They also wanted extra money for early check-in even though checkout was that same day, which seemed unreasonable. It was a disappointing stay and a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very limited, just a sandwich, a small box of Real juice, and a banana. This might do if all you need is a bed for the night, but don't expect hotel service. It's several studio apartments leased inside a larger building, not a dedicated hotel. The rooms are average, and the bedsheets and blankets didn't feel fresh. Cleanliness could be better.

When I arrived on the night of 27 April 2026, a security guard stopped me at the gate despite my booking. He told me not to enter and made an unprofessional remark that families should avoid staying there and would never want to return. It left me seriously concerned about the environment and safety. I hadn't received any confirmation or call about my check-in time for two days before that. Then, on the third day, hotel staff called to ask why I hadn't checked in, apparently unaware of what had happened at their own entrance. It showed a serious lack of coordination and accountability. A hotel should provide safety, comfort, and respect, especially to families. This experience was deeply disappointing and one of the worst hospitality experiences I've had. I can't recommend Country Inn, Lucknow to anyone who values their time, money, or personal safety.
