The rooms are cosy, but 4 of the 5 taps had no water. The kids broke a cup saucer, and we told the staff ourselves. Asking us to pay is acceptable, but they were stubborn about it, and the way they asked wasn't okay. I don't know how this hotel got 5 stars. I wouldn't recommend Divine to anyone looking for a future stay. Thank you!

Our whole room flooded with rainwater while we were asleep. We had kids with us, and an accident could have happened. All our VIP clothes got wet. After all that, the reception staff were too rude and wouldn't admit fault, just saying, “Yes, I'll get it cleaned.” I wish I could give this hotel minus stars. Bad, bad, bad, bad.

This was my first time at the hotel, booked through Make My Trip, and the two days were very good. The price is low for its location, and there's big parking available. The ambience is neat and clean, and the staff behavior is nice.

The staff were really good to us, and the price was easy on the pocket. I stayed one night with my family and we loved it.

We had a Dal Chawal meal that tasted just like home, and the staff deserve kudos for the top-notch service. The room was in good condition and a decent size. This property is right in the heart of gomti nagar lucknow, beside Novotel, with basic amenities available at the nearby market. I’ll definitely visit again.
