My experience here was awful. The faucets leaked, the hallways were dark, and the neighborhood felt unsafe. Worst of all, they don't honor their terms, and the customer service is extremely poor. I can't understand how they're still in business. The area seemed shady, and it feels like they may be getting by through shady activity. You'll be disappointed, so stay far away.

The location was convenient, near attractions and places to eat, and my room was spotless, modern and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive too. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The room wasn't ready, with an unmade bed, no soap in the washroom and no hand towel. The TV didn't work either. The receptionist initially refused to give me a room because I'd booked online, and only agreed after I insisted. They paid no attention to my booking, and it was a terrible experience. Please avoid.

The lifts weren't working, and I wouldn't suggest this place for couples or families. The neighborhood felt shady, with a lot of truck drivers around. The photos on the apps are misleading.

The rooms and bathrooms were filthy. I had to switch rooms three times after seeing how dirty the bathrooms were. Definitely not worth it.
