I ended up finding somewhere else after the hotel and Oyo left me dealing with this for five hours. I had booked four nights and called ahead; the care servant confirmed it. At the hotel, reception first denied the booking. Then a service boy said it was there but demanded another 350/- per night, even though I'd paid online. He was very rude and wouldn't accommodate me. It basically looks like a banquet hall. I don't recommend it at all.

At 1:30 am, we had to leave and check into a different hotel because of the poor service and behavior. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Staff were caught fiddling with my laptop bag while I was away, and one left when I suddenly came back. My friend's clothes were also stolen from his bag, then found under a bed in the staff room. Is there really no way to give this place a negative rating?

Don't book this place. Even after paying through the Oyo app, they demand extra money. When you report it, Oyo customer care helps them extort guests and then lies that the customer never arrived. Pathetic service. Oyo has finally reached its end.

It was a comfortable place for couples, and the stay was good. The staff's behavior was mostly good too. The washroom could be cleaner, though.
