The pinned address is incorrect. My room smelled bad and was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Right beside it was a storage or construction area where damp items were being kept. The staff were rude and seemed untrained in hospitality. Room service was awful, and the bedcovers weren't clean. When I asked for fresh ones, they refused, saying the laundry guy had left for the day. My company had booked this, so I had to stay at least one day. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

The location is fabulous and the services feel genuine. I have no words, it was wonderful. Mr. Saurabh, one of the managers, was very helpful.

The rooms are very clean, and all the services went smoothly. It's the best low-cost hotel in the Mahanagar E Park area.
