I'd avoid this hotel. The room was very dirty, the bedsheets were never changed, and the owners made no effort to clean. Staff acted unprofessionally. There was no TV or air conditioning despite the price, and the promised Wi-Fi wasn't available. Mobile reception was also poor inside, and the atmosphere didn't feel suitable for families. The owners took full payment for all the days on the first day. They promised hot water around the clock, AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV remote the next day. When I asked about those things, they said there was no Wi-Fi. No remote ever came, and the AC barely worked. With no windows to open while trying to shut off the AC, the room felt suffocating. There was no hot water, let alone 24-hour hot water, and even the buckets were broken. The owners never washed the bathrooms. It was a harsh ordeal for my family.

I booked two rooms online after the photos made them look neat and clean. In person, they were very dirty, smelled bad, and the upkeep was horrible, the complete opposite of what the website showed. I had paid the full amount online, and only then found out it was non-refundable, so I lost all my money. I feel the hotel is cheating customers who book online and making fools of people who are just looking for a room. I'd tell friends and other customers not to book here, and to choose a branded hotel even if it costs a little more. This was a very bad experience. Management, if you're running a business, please be honest, take these suggestions seriously, and improve.

The staff's behaviour and service were very poor, and the hotel didn't have Wi-Fi.

The rooms were bad, the washroom was dirty, and staff behaviour wasn't good. This is a pathetic hotel. Don't go here, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The stay was horrible, and there was no support from the staff. At first, everyone seemed to be trying to harass the travellers. After we argued, they made another arrangement, but it clearly wasn't up to the mark.
