Hotel Basant by OYO Rooms

We stayed at a nearby property and came here for breakfast for two days. The staff were courteous and very responsive. Owner Tushar uncle was a gem: he recommended a car service station where we got our car repaired, so we could continue our journey on time. Thank you. The food was awesome, especially the thali, parathe chole (yum), and chole bhature (mouth watering).

The food service was so good, but the room I stayed in wasn't comfortable. The ceiling was very noisy while I was trying to sleep, and it felt like someone was right outside. Please fix this so customers can feel more at ease. My experience was good otherwise, so I gave it 3 stars. Thank you.

Oyo charged almost double the competitor rate, and it definitely wasn't worth that price. For basic things like soap and shampoo, I had a bad experience. Otherwise, it was just okay, but not worth more than ₹1k.

There were mice in the AC, and I was scared all night, so I didn't sleep well. The service and cleaning are the worst. Don't go to this hotel, it's a waste of money.
