This place is a hostel now, and the experience was awful. The food was so bad I wouldn’t give it to animals. Nobody listens when you complain, and you may have to wait a week for an issue to get fixed. Don’t even think of coming here.
The worst hotel and management you can find in Lucknow.
The doors barely work, and I have to kick one to open it every time. There’s not even anything to hang your clothes on in the bathroom. If you book ahead, they’ll give you the worst room available and treat you like you’re staying for free. I’d suggest not going to this property.
The windows have no curtains, and staying alone at night can make the place feel like a haunted house. The room smells awful, the washrooms are very unhygienic, and the bedsheets and pillows smell really bad too. A pathetic experience.
I paid the room fare online, but they still told me to pay another 850 rupees before they’d give me the room I booked. They put me in a very dirty, bad room. A really bad experience, don’t book this hotel for your stay.
