The staff made the stay feel welcoming from the start. They were courteous and professional, and housekeeping was quick and efficient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with the essential amenities. I slept well in the comfortable bed, and the room had a calm, relaxing feel. Hotel Citrus was comfortable and offered good value for money. The staff paid attention and were always ready to help with a smile. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to business or leisure travelers.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was delicious. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and cozy, and the staff did more than expected to make us comfortable. I had a fantastic stay at The Royal Heritage Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I was here for a family function, and the service fell short of what I expected. Parking was a major problem since they don't have a parking area.

The food was one of the biggest disappointments, with cold, tasteless dishes and little care in the catering. The room's air conditioning was faulty, so we were sweltering. Cleanliness was appalling, and the decorations were lackluster. We booked for my sister's engagement, hoping for a joyful, memorable day, but disorganized, unresponsive management turned it into a nightmare. They didn't deliver on promises or pay attention to details. The event coordinator was absent most of the day, leaving us to manage things ourselves. Manager Bhupendra was rude and mannerless. This was a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a special occasion.
