The room was disgusting, especially the bathroom. The pillows were dirty, and when we complained, they just said, “Bhaiya covers to clean hai”. The bathroom was so bad that staff themselves told us to use another room's washroom. They also admitted none of their TVs were working. We asked for two teas and one coffee, but coffee wasn't available. After about 15 minutes, the drinks came in a Vadilal matka kulfi ice cream container. When we complained, the service was no better. Worst experience of my life.

We had to deal with low water pressure the next morning because the manager didn't fill the tank the evening before, even though I asked him to since we had an early start. The property has plumbing issues throughout. He said they'd already informed OYO, but nothing had been done to fix it. His response to our request was highly unprofessional.

This was my worst hotel stay ever. I couldn't give it less than one star, though it deserves it. It's not suitable for families or even people travelling alone. I don't know how it got a 4.4 rating. A pathetic place, only for anyone who likes that dirty OYO rooms culture.

There are lots of OYO hotels in this area, so set your expectations accordingly. This one is pretty decent compared with the nearby options, and it's a relaxed place. They have hot water.
