The receptionist wasn’t even sorry when he said the hotel wouldn’t accept my online payment. Instead, he wanted 999 offline for one night, after I’d already paid Rs.868 in advance. I asked why they listed the hotel online without saying this beforehand. Then the manager called, claimed the AC wasn’t working so they couldn’t host me, and asked me not to tell anyone about the offline payment issue. The same thing had happened to me before, with the manager again blaming an AC problem. “AC not working” seems to be their usual excuse for refusing guests who pay online. This happened twice, and I’ve seen other reviews describing it too. I booked on 23rd August 2019, booking ID JIUB9043. I hope the OYO team actually reads this instead of pasting its usual reply.

The pillow covers, blankets, and bedsheets were filthy and smelled bad. This was the worst experience of my life. It seems like a place for unmarried couples to enjoy without worrying about a police raid. The rooms looked like a brothel on GB Road.

The price is high for what you get. My room was dirty and smelled really bad, so this was a terrible stay.

I paid in full, then was refused check-in. Nobody bothered to tell me beforehand. I can't recommend this place.

The manager had no idea how to speak to guests. This is a really poor hotel, I'd avoid it.
