Parking with a guard is the one good point here. I waited hours for a basic cup of tea because room service was poor, and they don't have their own restaurant. My bathroom smelled really bad. I also asked for my room to be cleaned, then came back to find tobacco spit in the wash basin. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I've been staying here for three days, and the service has been very good. The hotel is clean and has a nice ambience, though the mattress needs replacing with something softer and fluffier. I'd give it 8/10.

The price is above average, though the building is new. It's a decent place with a lift, air-conditioning, a TV, and party halls, and food is available on request. It's used mostly for weddings and bulk bookings. The staff are okay, and my experience was decent overall.

Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff were polite. Mr. Himanshu and his team made me feel at home with their hospitality. I had an excellent stay and plan to stay here whenever I'm in Lucknow. I'd recommend it to everyone.

The lift makes it easier for older people to reach the floors. I liked the room ambience, and the rooms were clean and well looked after. The staff were polite and always willing to help. A very good, fairly decent place to stay.
