I stayed for two days. The location and staff were good, but every room seemed to have problems with hot water.

We needed a room for four or five hours in an emergency, but they let us down with the worst rooms. It seems you only get a good room if you pay what they want. The water system was awful, with no water from the tap. When we complained, they said that’s how it works and we’d have to manage.

I was there during my Mahakumbh journey, and the stay was unsatisfactory. The bedsheets were stained and the blanket was badly patched. There were no basic toiletries or towels, the room telephone didn’t work, and they hadn’t provided a contact number. The staff were unprofessional and ignored my request for a water bottle. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay.

I’d give it zero stars. The reception and rooms were dirty, and all the staff were very rude. I’d paid the full amount through OYO, but when I arrived to check in around 11 pm, the manager said there were no rooms and told me to contact OYO to get one made available.
