The bathrooms had water clogging, like it was rainy season, and the place seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Service was very poor, the food was poor quality, and the staff didn’t seem to care. If this is OTO flagship quality, I’m disgusted. This OYO is one of the worst places to stay.
I paid in advance for a booking, but the staff wouldn’t let me check in, claiming the hotel was under maintenance. I later found out it was because I’d made a promotional booking. They were rude, and I’d never choose this hotel again if I wanted a peaceful stay.
The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were helpful and took care of everything. They’re available around the clock, and breakfast was delicious. Worth the money.
Everyone on the hotel staff was respectful, responsible, and behaved well. They treated each other and guests with a brotherly feeling.
Nice hotel, with a good location, great staff, and the best service.
