The room was neat and the staff friendly, and the hotel is close to public transport. Food is available if ordered ahead, though the only nearby option is a small place next door serving North Indian food. There aren't any decent restaurants close by. The surroundings were unclean, and when it rained, the whole area was clogged with rainwater.

The room and furniture were in awful shape, much of it broken. The fan, AC, and water heater didn't work, and there were lots of pesticides in the room. The worst experience I've had in a hotel.

For a budget hotel it's good, and the staff are helpful. The room cleaning, though, isn't good.

Bedbugs and mosquitoes made this hotel absolutely worthless. When I raised it with the manager, he said he'd only just taken the property on lease and they were helpless.

I stayed because it was close to Ram Manohar Logia Hospital. The stairs are cramped, and there are no lifts.
