OYO 62014 Hotel New Geetanjali

The room and washroom were filthy, the sheets were dirty, and the commode was broken. Staff were completely unprofessional and didn't know how to speak to guests. I asked for a plate and they flat out refused. Pathetic staff and a filthy property. I'm so disappointed. I wouldn't tell even my enemy to stay here.

The room they gave us looked nothing like the photos, and there was no water in the washroom. It smelled bad throughout the room and hotel, and there was condom waste in the bin. The washroom was dirty too, and the staff were rude. Worst hotel and staff, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They should close this place permanently.

The room and washroom were dirty, and the sheets and blanket smelled really bad. There was no power for the AC or TV, and even after I called again and again, they'd turn on the AC supply for five to ten minutes and then cut it off. The staff were rude and kept lying. There was no soap or handwash at check-in, and the hotel looked different from its photos. At checkout they took my phone and rated it 5 stars. They cheated me. I want OYO to take action against New Gitangali hotel and block it. Other customers should never stay here. This was a very bad experience.

The room smelled awful and hygiene was poor, with dirty rooms and bad management. Neither the AC nor the Wi-Fi worked. Staff were rude and didn't cooperate when we raised problems, sometimes listening only after we asked repeatedly and sometimes ignoring us altogether. They didn't even offer water, a towel, or a blanket when we got to the room. I never thought OYO would put me in a place like this. Please take action so other customers don't have the same experience. You can find a better hotel for the same price.
