There's an open, pleasant setting around the hotel, away from pollution, and the location is great for a stay in Lucknow. The managers, receptionists, and servants were kind to everyone. Service was good, and everything was handled perfectly. The food was very good, with all items served fresh. I'd recommend staying here. A wonderful environment and a five-star experience.

Visitors weren't allowed at all, and there were cheap types of people always watching and asking silly questions. The staff were very rude to clients. Worst hotel in this area.

The hotel staff were courteous, and they served good food at a reasonable price. It's a nice place for a business stay, with Sahara Multi Speciality Hospital and Singapore Mall close by.

Singapore Mall is a two-minute walk away. The rooms were good, the food was good, and cleanliness was maintained. But there were leaks in the AC and taps, plus a drainage problem. Staff were rude. If you asked for water, it took at least an hour, and even then you had to call again.

Breakfast was brought to the room, and there was no restaurant. The Wi-Fi password took several requests, and the TV didn't work because its network hadn't been recharged. Rooms were small and unclean, room service was poor, and you had to ask for everything. Not good for more than two guests.
