OYO Flagship 8393 Hotel Park Avenue

There’s no hygiene here, and the dusty rooms have beds full of bugs. A terrible place to stay, with no facilities.

The room in person was nothing like the one shown on the website. I was really disappointed.

I felt uncomfortable throughout the stay because the hotel was so dirty. The floors were filthy, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned, and hygiene overall was appalling. Basic amenities were missing too. When I asked for help, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t respond to my complaints. It was a nightmare of a stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and hygienic.

The rooms smelled really bad, and the service was awful. After taking payment, they ignored my requests for spray, a towel, a room change, and soap. I booked through OYO because of the good reviews, but I later found out how those reviews were supposedly obtained. While I was confirming my booking in the OYO app, the receptionist asked to open it. At check-in, he checked me out, took my phone pretending to look at a booking ID, and rated himself on my app. I had no way to share my own opinion. Be aware of this kind of fraud. Don’t rely only on OYO reviews, check Google too.
