Please don't book this hotel. I believe it's a fraud. After I booked online, they called and said there was an operational issue, then sent me to Fab Express Gayathri hotel. I had flown from Bangalore to Lucknow and couldn't check in there either. The police had to get involved before they arranged a third hotel for me. That place let me stay one night, then called the next day and told me to leave, even though I'd booked three days. I had to call the police again.

I booked four nights but left just two hours after checking in. The state of the place made it impossible for me to stay, and every minute there was costing me my peace of mind. I got no refund at all because they said check-in made a refund impossible. I even offered to cover one night's charge, but they wouldn't agree. That left me bearing the whole loss, and it made the receptionist and management seem dishonest. The room itself was in terrible shape. The bedroom, bathroom, beds and blankets were unclean. The toilet had no water and the flush didn't work. The AC turned on but didn't cool, despite the heatwave outside in Lucknow. There was no Wi-Fi or proper table and chair for work. The bed was so badly maintained that I don't think I could have stayed even an hour. The online rating was 8.2/10, but I wouldn't give the place even 1/10.
