The smell in the room was so bad, like dirty clothes coming from the bed, that I couldn't sit on it. I checked out just 10 minutes after booking and went to a clean, hygienic hotel for the same price. There was only one staff member for more than 12-15 rooms, and he was lazy. He didn't change the very dirty bedsheets or cushion covers, and the dustbins weren't clean. The TV was just for show, and the geyser was supposedly connected through reception, but they never turned it on and said it wasn't working. Nobody listened to complaints. The photos on OYO were fake compared with the dirty rooms and terrible service. Even Dharamshalas have cleaner rooms. Don't waste your money.

The rooms were nauseating and nothing like the photos shown when I booked. The staff were untidy and didn't help, and I felt I was cheated by agoda and oyo as well. I was exhausted when I arrived, but seeing the rooms was the last straw. A total waste of money, and I'm very disappointed with #oyo and #agoda.

The AC wasn't working, and although it started after I complained for hours, the intercom still didn't work and there was no service at all. Oyo really disappointed me. I was already exhausted from driving all night, and their agent had given me false information, saying I could check in early without mentioning an extra charge. Then the hotel demanded more money when I arrived. This was my worst stay, and I think it's time to switch to MMT or other competitors.

The room was in really bad shape, and the staff had no manners when dealing with customers. It was a terrible experience. Don't stay here.

The pictures of the rooms are fake. It felt unsafe, and the rooms were unhygienic and suffocating. Check the property yourself before paying rent in advance.
