Ms. Kanan deserves a special mention for all the effort she put in with a smile. The front office team were polite and welcoming at check-in, and the lobby had a pleasant feel. My room was clean with fresh linen, and housekeeping was quick to help when I needed anything. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and the service showed real effort. A little more care with deep cleaning and routine checks, especially the shower pressure, switches, and minibar items, would improve things further. I’ll visit again.

Mr. Vijay Kumar, the duty manager, and Mr. Manjot were courteous and professional, and their personal attention made us feel valued. The hotel’s convenient location works well for business or leisure. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a top-class ambience throughout. The outstanding service made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back.

The rooms need a serious upgrade. The beds were old and creaked whenever I turned, disrupting my sleep, and the mattresses felt extremely worn, perhaps 20 years old, or just very poor quality. I’ve slept on better bedding in budget hotels. The bathroom fittings were dated and poorly maintained too. That’s why I took off two stars. The rest of my three-day stay at Park Plaza Ludhiana was good: the location was excellent, Kanan, the Guest Relations Manager, went above and beyond, and the staff were warm and attentive. The chefs and restaurant team were outstanding, the food was fantastic, and the common areas had an impressive ambience. With better rooms, this could definitely be a five-star stay. The service, staff, and dining have real potential, but the rooms need to catch up.

Mr. Anil Kumar and Miss Suman at Oriental Blade restaurant were meticulous, helpful, and very hospitable, always ready to go out of their way. Thank you, SumanJi, for the special Kaada! The chefs and humble staff all contributed, from the doorkeepers and the people carrying things to the rooms to the restaurant staff and managers. General Managers Mr. Ankit Sharma and Mr. Sunil Patnaik are fortunate to lead such a hospitality team. The location and rooms were good, and I had a nice stay and experience.
