Getting around is easy from here, especially with the bus stop close by, and there’s parking at the back. The room is compact, but it had the utilities I needed, even cotton earbuds. The towels were in good condition and security seemed good. Whenever I needed help, service was prompt and the staff were very helpful.

Mr Karuna stood out for his helpful attitude, both in what he said and how he supported us. The service team responded quickly, and our stay at VSR grand was great. The rooms and toilets were clean and well maintained.

I came from Bangalore for a wedding nearby and found VSR Grand a comfortable place to stay. The service was good, and I had a very nice experience. I’d recommend it to people visiting Madanapalle, particularly for weddings or other ceremonies.

The location worked well for getting in from the Madanapalli Bypass and going out of the cort without needing to take CTM road. There’s proper compunded car parking, and the lift serves all floors. My main gripe was that traffic honking could be heard all the time, so the rooms could use a little more insulation. Still, the rooms were clean and tidy, with no other issues. This is by far the best place I’ve stayed in Madanapalli in the last 10 years.

The restaurant felt a bit chaotic, though the stay itself was okay, not bad. Rooms are small but clean, with decent linen. The beds weren’t especially comfortable, and there’s hot water.
