I put up a few of my guests here for several days, and we were embarrassed by how dirty the rooms were. Management was very poor and unprofessional, and the staff seemed not to care. Looking through the other reviews, I'm clearly not the first to report this. The owners made assurances, but I didn't see any improvement.

I stayed for two days. The rooms and washrooms were somewhat shabby and poorly maintained, and the room service wasn't proper. The bedsheets hadn't been changed and didn't seem to have been washed properly.

I stayed one night for my exams. The location beside the highway is convenient, though there's no bus stand nearby and it's at least a five-minute walk. The rooms are spacious but not very clean, and the bathroom in mine was in terrible condition. The TV only had one or two free channels, while the Wi-Fi worked fine. I didn't enjoy the stay much.

For the price, the room service was pathetic. The room itself was dirty and shabby, and neither the fan regulator nor the geyser worked. They really need to improve the place and the service.

We stayed for 3 days after hearing the manager's big promises, but felt bluntly cheated and badly let down. Our relatives were upset with us too. The interiors were pathetic, the linen filthy, and the toilets dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms were dilapidated, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I'd call it one of the worst hotels in this region. It's fitting that its OYO license has been revoked.
