The rooms are very cheap, with deluxe rooms priced from 450 to 950, which is the one upside. We needed a roof and a bed for one night, and that’s about all this place offers. Thankfully, our room had no bed bugs or other pests. I’d only stay here if there were no other options.

There’s plenty of parking inside the building, though it isn’t covered, and the place is easy to reach. At 2k per room, three people can sleep comfortably. It’s a good fit for bachelors who want a basic, cheap place to sleep and don’t plan to spend the day there.

They let us check in early when we arrived ahead of time. Our double room was quite spacious and clean, and the shared facilities were available. The bathroom was well maintained too. A great option for a budget stay.

The rooms are large, and the lobby and balcony are okay, but the building’s exterior makes a better impression than the room condition. My fan regulator was broken, the windows wouldn’t shut properly, and mosquitoes were everywhere with no plug-in repellent provided. The TV needed a call to staff before it worked. Only the tube light was working, and the bathroom taps kept leaking because they wouldn’t close properly. There was no hot water either.
