There wasn't any hot water, the rooms weren't clean, and the front desk behavior and service were the worst. If you want a stay that becomes a good memory, this isn't the place. I wouldn't give it even one star. Don't book, online or in person.

The food portions were too small, and they charged extra for curd after it hadn't been served earlier. Service was very poor. Better to avoid.

I slept really well in a cozy, comfortable room, and the amenities made it easy to unwind after sightseeing. The food was another highlight: fresh, high-quality ingredients, with local dishes and international options that were consistently delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Prestige Hotel is also in a prime spot, so exploring the city was easy. From the moment I arrived, the warm, inviting atmosphere made the stay feel comfortable. Given the location, food, and room, I thought it offered excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend Prestige Hotel and look forward to visiting again.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, and the lock didn't work. There were lizards and insects in the bathrooms. The staff didn't seem to know anything, while kids and shady people were sitting around. The watch wasn't working either. This is a shady hotel with creepy people, don't even consider it.
