They charge 2000 a day, and once they've taken your money, there's no refund. It feels like a trap. The owner suresh is rude when you raise a complaint and does nothing to address it. The washrooms are filthy, toilets are left unflushed, and the bedsheets smell. This place is a garbage bin, not a hotel. It's the worst hotel in all of Madurai. I'd rather sleep in the middle of the road than stay in this dirty place. It's shameful even to write about it.

The staff behaved terribly and showed no courtesy or responsibility when dealing with our issues. The service was extremely disappointing. A hotel that says it values its customers shouldn't show this kind of negligence or poor hospitality.

The bathroom door wouldn't lock, which made privacy a real concern. We told staff several times, but they ignored us and never fixed it. We got no service at all during our stay. Avoid this place if you care about privacy or basic management.

Rooms were small and not okay, there was no water, and the owner was managing things from somewhere else with no manager available. The behavior was very rude. Worst hotel I've ever seen, please don't go.
