On 14.05.26, I had dinner here and ordered veg rice. It had no carrot, beans, green peas, or anything else like that. When we asked, the server called the manager, who told him to take away the half-eaten food. We waited, then the server brought back the recooked leftovers with some carrot and beans added. I never expected that. The dosa was overcooked and blackened, worse than a roadside dosa. The business seems to run on its old reputation. Friends, please don't choose this restaurant.

The service was the worst part. Staff were often absorbed in their phones and ignored us at the desk, and their rude, dismissive behavior toward elderly guests was particularly upsetting. It seems to me that their proximity to Madurai Meenakshi Mission Hospital keeps them busy and has made them arrogant. The rooms were poorly maintained and unclean, with a bad smell that wouldn't go away. I won't stay here again, and I'll avoid the Temple City restaurants I used to visit too.

The location is the one good thing. First-floor rooms are very bad, and every room has a phenyl smell. Not suitable for families. If a family does need to stay, ask for a VIP room, though those cost around 5-6k.

The dosa was satisfactory, but the noodles were awful, full of chilli powder. Service was bad too: an elderly man served the food very late and forgot the order. One star, or no star.

RESTAURANT REVIEW ONLY -------------------------------------------- Cleanliness is poor and the food is average. It isn't like the one opposite Mattuthavani bus stand.
