Royal Stay Service Apartments

The staff were courteous and always smiling, and the hotel facilities were nice. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the property, and we were given a very good room after a smooth check-in. I felt safe and comfortable, with the hotel taking care of safety, hygiene, and social distancing.

I paid ₹2000 per room and got an unclean bathroom, ugly bedspread and blankets, corroded bathroom fittings, no drinking water, and filthy walls. The caretaker, Mr, Mohammed, was rude and inhuman. There’s nothing positive about this property, and it’s completely unsuitable for a family stay. The positive and 5-star reviews are fake, so don’t get fooled like we did. We paid extra so wedding guests could check in and out flexibly, but they were still rudely told to leave at the regular checkout time. The manager was arrogant and showed no basic courtesy, especially ironic in a city known for respecting guests. The hospitality was awful. Save your time, money, and face. There are better hotels in the city.

The location was tucked away, and there was no room-service food. We checked in at about 10:40 p.m. but were told to leave by 4 p.m. the next day, despite paying for 24 hours. The pictures gave us good expectations, but the place was a disaster. The rooms weren’t clean, the bathrooms were old, the furniture shaky, and the AC didn’t cool. The TV wouldn’t turn on and the sheets had holes. The bathroom especially drove us up the wall, and we even considered leaving to find somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by the photos. I don’t recommend this place, it was a waste of money and spoiled our mood.
