At 7:00 am, after we reached the property, they demanded extra cash in hand and said they wouldn't let me into the room otherwise. The staff were very rude. The bathrooms stank, dust was everywhere, and nothing was maintained. For the money, I've never stayed anywhere like it. The service was deeply unprofessional. I can't recommend this place.

ACs didn't work in some rooms, or the water supply would get cut in the middle of the night, and the property owner wouldn't answer the phone. We'd booked there a couple of times and had the worst experiences for our guests. This really isn't a biased review, it's the reality. It's not a good place to stay. If you want a peaceful stay, don't go there.

Getting there means taking a narrow road with plenty of blockages. The bathroom drain was blocked and water collected on the floor, and the rooms felt small. There wasn't even a proper way to lock our room. The TV outside the room didn't work at all. It was unhygienic and a very bad experience.

There are trees around the place, and the room was good. But management needs improvement, and there aren't any hotels nearby for about 1 km.

Bala was kind and guided us well. The atmosphere was good too, in a residential area.
