There are a few useful things nearby: a pharmacy is within walking distance, a veg restaurant is right next door, and some non-veg restaurants are within 2 km. Hot water is available 24 hours. Parking is very limited and the space is narrow, and there's only one person available for room service. No complimentary breakfast is provided. The rooms are a decent size, but maintenance is poor. The curtains are dirty and torn, the bedspread and comforter are old and dirty, and the bathroom towels look grey instead of white. The old, uneven spring mattress gave me back pain. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, with a leak in the flush.

We were left stranded after a long journey to visit Meenakshi Amman Temple. We'd booked through Goibibo and paid the full amount in advance, but once we reached, the hotel first said there were no rooms. Then they suddenly said couples weren't allowed and demanded a marriage certificate, a condition that had never been mentioned when we booked. General Manager Mr. Sampath refused to give us a room. We asked to cancel so we could get a refund and find somewhere else, but he said it could only be done after 5 PM. Now neither he nor the hotel is answering our calls. Taking full payment, denying check-in, delaying cancellation, then ignoring us feels like cheating and was extremely unprofessional. Goibibo also failed to resolve the issue. Customers shouldn't be treated this way after a confirmed, fully paid booking. Very disappointing, and I don't recommend this place.

The rooms were tiny, dirty, and unhygienic, with lots of mosquitoes. Don't trust the Google pictures. After seeing the room, we cancelled the booking and still had to pay half the charges.

Bring your own things and don't expect much from room service. Still, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay for the budget, with the basics like hot water. The big rooms have an old-fashioned style, and the AC was good. We booked without knowing the place beforehand.
