We were 20 people in the villa, but hot water only started at 9 am, while checkout was expected by 10.30. On check-in day there was also a water shortage, which was very inconvenient. They don't provide water, either, so we had to pay for it or arrange it ourselves. The property is good, but the service and policy aren't.

Loved the open views from the villa and the surrounding nature. The place feels elegant and comfortable, and the pool was nice too. Our rooms were very clean, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. A wonderful stay, thank you ❤️🫶

Emerald villa made for a really comfortable, enjoyable stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions, and the amenities were top-notch. Our spacious room was immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd gladly recommend it. 5/5 stars!

Being close to Mapro Garden made this a convenient base for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the food had a delicious range of options. Staff were always happy to help with a smile, and the service was top-notch. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable visit.

The rooms are okay, though quite large vehicles may have trouble getting into the area. Food tastes good, but choices like sweets and beverages are limited. The place has a lovely view, and I'd definitely recommend it for watching the sunset.
