The team at Hotel Fountain by IHCL made our stay warm and memorable. Every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and committed to our comfort. At meals, the restaurant team and chefs prepared thoughtful, flavourful dishes with lovely presentation, and were happy to accommodate individual preferences. Chef Shashank deserves special mention for his cooking and leadership. Thanks also to Aniket, Aniket P, Satya, Dinesh, Amrut, Tanulima, Subodh, Priyanka, and Parvinder for their attentive service and warm hospitality. Their professionalism added a personal touch to every meal. The setting was another highlight. Rolling hills, lush greenery, and mist over the landscape capture the feel of Mahabaleshwar, and mornings were special as clouds drifted through the valley. The hotel is close enough to the vibrant Mahabaleshwar market for easy access, yet tucked away enough to feel serene and surrounded by nature. We leave with fond memories and look forward to coming back. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar.

We stayed for a week and it was awesome. The team worked so hard, away from their families, to make guests feel cared for. That genuine effort gave the place a warm, familial feel and made the visit memorable. At the front desk, we were welcomed with friendly, attentive service. They anticipated our needs, remembered our preferences, and added personal touches that made check-in and checkout feel like visits with old friends. We had the most wonderful 2-night stay. When my leg problem made a room change necessary, the staff handled it with a personal touch, and that gesture meant a lot. Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, check-in went smoothly, and the front desk team helped with late checkout. The hotel was peaceful and close to major spots, with beautiful views from the room. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the spa was relaxing. The location, hospitality, food, and wellness all worked well for us. We'll return for sure.

We came to Fountain in May 2025 and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. We’d booked 2 Deluxe room, but got upgraded to Premium Room because one was available, as upgrades depend on availability. It’s pet friendly, which was a big plus for us, and the whole property is lovely. There’s a clean, well-kept swimming pool, plus a spa, cycling, basketball and badminton courts, and a gym on the ground floor. The spa costs extra and can be paid for at checkout. The staff were warm and helpful. They even decorated a room and brought a delicious chocolate cake when we wanted to surprise a family member for her birthday. We had dinner there during our stay, and none of the dishes repeated over the 3 nights. There was plenty of choice, from Indian to Continental, and breakfast included live Dosa and freshly made waffles. Tamulima, Vithal, Jessica and Chef Demish at the restaurant were especially accommodating. A good spot for a weekend getaway or a small family trip if you want to unwind and relax.
