Hotel Meghna Retreat

Dinesh was really helpful and customer focused. I’d booked through MMT, but as usual MakeMyTrip hadn’t updated the hotel staff. Dinesh went out of his way to contact them and help us get our rooms.

The room was good value for money for me. The staff were polite and helpful, especially manager Mahindra.

We struggled through the last three days here, and it felt like a nightmare. The rooms are tiny, as are the bathrooms, and nothing seemed hygienic. They’re poorly maintained, and there was no electricity half the time. The worst hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Please don’t visit.

I booked four nights but left after one. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom water was yellow, and when I asked the owner to change rooms, he was very arrogant.
