I spent five days in Panchagani and found the place clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff made the stay especially easy, always polite, supportive, and ready to help with a smile. Check-in went smoothly, and they were helpful throughout. I felt at home and had a very relaxing time. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Panchagani or Mahableshwar.

Right across from the ST stand and on the main road, the location was very convenient. My room was great, and the service made the visit really pleasant. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it! 🚌👍✨

We stopped in for a weekend lunch. Parking was easy, which is a real plus in the busy main panchgani market where it’s usually a problem. The location is good, and the food was decent, though overpriced. We ordered a few vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, but even with the restaurant quite empty, service was extremely slow.

The owner was very helpful, and the food was nice. The poolside rooms are lovely and well maintained, with small balconies. There’s plenty of parking right in the middle of the market, which is a big highlight. A must-stay hotel in panchgani. Don’t think twice before booking.

This was our third visit to Onella, this time with my parents and family, and it was a lovely, peaceful stay again. They gave us a cottage by the pool for my elderly parents. The rooms were clean and hygienic, with hot water all the time. The resort is right in the main market, close to a petrol pump, taxi and bus stand, medical shops, groceries, and shopping. We prefer Poonam Restaurant nearby. Table Land and Parsi Point are also close. Definitely recommend visiting! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
