Ravine Hotel

Ravine has kept up its standards over the years, which is why we’ve returned year after year. The room, location, views, hotel services, and personal attention from staff all made for a fantastic stay. Thanks to Aniket, Noman, Prashant, Amit, and the rest of the team for their hospitality. Razak Bhai, Javed, and the hotel management also helped make the visit special. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

When we urgently needed medicine, Mr. Ankit arranged it right away and showed real concern. I really appreciated his help. The owner’s warmth and kind gesture also gave our stay a personal touch. We spent three nights at Ravine Hotel, Panchgani, and enjoyed the comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and delicious breakfast spread. The team were attentive, kind, and courteous throughout. Many thanks to everyone at Ravine Hotel for such lovely hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Panchgani and hope to stay again.

The reception experience was poor: staff came across as rude, arrogant, and unwelcoming. There was no complimentary welcome drink, and on checkout day my room access was blocked at 09am for no stated reason. The staff showed no regret. The hotel’s AI agent sent WhatsApp messages that felt automated or misleading, which hurt the hospitality experience. Breakfast was disappointing too, since the restaurant had no eggs, such as omelets or fried eggs. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Panchgani Market, but the narrow road has no footpath and feels unsafe for pedestrians, so I’d drive or take a cab. The Executive Suite was spacious, pleasantly furnished, and clean, and the large balcony’s uninterrupted view of the Panchgani Hills was mesmerizing. It’s a great property and view, but management needs to train the front desk team and review breakfast options.

The peaceful setting amid nature made this a welcome break from city life, and the views were lovely. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The food was delicious, and service exceeded what we expected. Staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to help. Ravine Hotel offers a nice mix of luxury, relaxation, and family comfort. We had an excellent stay and would recommend it in Panchgani for families, couples, or anyone after a relaxing visit. We look forward to coming back.
