There’s plenty of parking, and they can arrange an auto if you need one. Food comes from their restaurant about a kilometer away, brought over when you order. The rooms and large bathroom were clean and spacious, and the staff were courteous and helpful. A good place to stay in Maheshwar.

Dinner was very good, especially the jeera rice and raita, and the little shampoo and almond oil sachets were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was just okay. I couldn’t get a Coke when I asked, since they wouldn’t provide or arrange one. The staff were polite, but the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the bathroom taps were coming loose and had water spots, and the polyester sheets made static while I slept. Nice property, though it needs some maintenance.

Manager Abhilash was a big part of a very comfortable stay, making sure guests were looked after and helping with local information. The place is quiet, away from the crowded center and narrow ghat roads, and there’s ample parking, so it suits people traveling by car. Hotel Prakhyat is newly opened, with spacious, nicely designed rooms that feel comparable to a three-star hotel. Breakfast is served there; for lunch and dinner, they arrange food from nearby restaurants according to your choice, which worked fine for us. One of Maheshwar’s best places to stay.
