We were disappointed when we checked in, as the travel agency had arranged this hotel after we asked for three-star places throughout the tour. I later learned the agency was to blame. Still, I’d come back for the quality and taste of the dinner and breakfast. The staff also helped us plan our sightseeing around Maheshwar. Thank you!

There were water problems, and the hotel needs maintenance, but the staff were always helpful when we needed them. All three were respectful and really good.

The owner spoke politely and dinner was okay, but neither made up for how dirty and uncomfortable the hotel felt. It looks nice outside; inside, it’s an old, poorly maintained place with dust everywhere, dull curtains and furnishings, and rooms that don’t match the bright MakeMyTrip photos. The pictures may show these same rooms, but they give a false impression of the dull, unhygienic property. On arrival I was given an old, dirty ground-floor room. The door wouldn’t close properly, which felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. They changed my room after I asked, but it still had problems. The bathroom was filthy, with an unflushed toilet, hair in the basin, and old soaps in a dirty cupboard under the sink. The AC unit was broken, and the sheets didn’t look fresh. The place felt deserted, and the lack of proper inside security made me uneasy. At night, I heard only men’s voices in the hall and saw no other women guests. Hygiene was below zero, and safety for women travelers is a serious concern. One of the dirtiest, most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to women traveling alone.

Very bad hotel and staff, with really bad behavior. The washroom wasn't clean, there was no water, and no one attended to us. Guys, don't stay here.
