The place was clean and affordable, with cooperative reception staff, and it's not far from the main road. But there was no elevator, the fire escape route wasn't clear, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the geyser stopped working after a few hours.
10/10
A cheap, good spot for morning refreshments. The desk service was good too.
10/10
For this price, the rooms were good. Just don't expect too much.
4/10
For the bare facilities, the hotel is overpriced and not worth even Rs 500 / day. The mattresses were dirty, sheets were missing, and the quilts were poor quality and the wrong size. There were no wardrobes or bathroom hangers, and the towel rod was above the commode. The steep stairs are difficult even for young people, with no lift for elderly guests. I wouldn't book here with family. Look for a better option nearby.
2/10
The staff were unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. The hotel claims to allow 24-hour check-in, but when I arrived in the morning, they rudely turned me away until after 12 PM. Avoid this place.
